JANUARY 22 | WORKSHOP: MEETING SENSORY NEEDS AT HOME

Join us at 6:30 pm with Jessica Sills from We Rock the Spectrum
Jessica is a Speech Pathologist who also runs We Rock the Spectrum, a sensory gym. She will be coming to the center to discuss the importance of meeting sensory needs first for individuals with autism, as well as provide strategies on how parents can meet these needs in the home environment. FEBRUARY 20 | WORKSHOP: TRANSITION TO EMPLOYMENT AFTER HIGH SCHOOL

Join us at 6:30 pm with Jeffrey Miller, ASI’s Director of Employment Services
During this workshop, Jeff will explore the following questions:

  • What employment programs are available?
  • What is Supported Employment?
  • How does one ensure successful job placement?
  • Why community based employment?
